PAYMENT

We will only request payment after your repair is completed and the phone is tested and ready to be dispatched back to you. We will require a card payment in order to process the repair or a cheque should be sent to cover the costs including postage, all cheques are made payable to: Fonetec communications. Please allow 4-5 working days for the payment to clear if paying by cheque.

WARRANTY

We give 3 months warranty on all repairs we carry out. This is not including Liquid damage handsets which carry a 14 day warranty.

All our repairs are security sealed, breaking this will void the warranty with us.

POSTAGE AND PACKING

Please make sure your phone is well packaged when sending your handset to us. We cannot be held responsible for damage in transit to us. Please make sure you have removed your sim card and memory card from the unit before sending. Remember to print out a dispatch form and fill in all the relevant details, this can be found in the left handside navigation bar. If you are sending an expensive phone we recommend you use Royalmail special delivery, this will be insured upto £500 and is a tracked service. Royalmail First class recorded is insured upto £35.00 and is not tracked.

Return postage will be added to your invoice at a flat rate of £6.00, this will cover return via our courier or Royalmail Special delivery.

EXPRESS REPAIRS

We offer a repair while you wait service by appointment on the telephone number: 0845 2699674 . We will repair your phone on site if the parts are instock. Our average mobile phone repair time is under 1 hour. We will quote the cost of repair to your handset while you wait and repair the handset while you wait. **The express repair service will always be on the basis that parts are available on site to repair your phone, please contact us via e-mail or phone prior to coming to us to discuss your requirements**

REPAIRS AND UNLOCKING

Repair times for postal repairs will vary depending on the type of repair and parts availability. We aim for a 48 hour turnaround on all repairs and a 24 hour turnaround time for unlocks and software problems. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any data loss that may occur in the repairs process, please insure you have backed up any important data before sending your phone to us.
